North London. Newlon Housing Trust

Ashburton Triangle is the new 249 apartment development situated at the corner of the Emirates stadium, the new home of Arsenal football club.

As part of the new stadium project and overall regeneration programme, the apartments are being developed by Newlon Housing Trust, have been specifically allocated to local key workers under rented or shared equity arrangements and a special learning centre for children has also been included.

Chatsworth`s Supertuff LST Convector panel heaters were used in the landlord areas and over 850 Novares Convector panel heaters with Cassette Programmers for complete timed control used in apartments. White Electric Towel rails with thermostatic controls were fitted in the bathrooms and en-suites.

Holborough Valley, Kent. Berkeley Homes

Holborough is a striking New England style development set in the heart of Kent surrounded by rural landscapes and water features.

Over 400 Euro-4 Convector Panel heaters were supplied with the MD2H Microdriver for 2 zoned timed control. Chatsworth`s Straight Chrome Towel rail was fitted to the bathrooms and en-suites.

Situated in Eastbourne overlooking Sovereign Harbour, this 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartment features 260 elegant waterfront apartments.

Chatsworth has supplied over 800 Stellio heaters with Cassette programmers for timed control.

XQ7 Development, Manchester. Lowry Homes

XQ7 is a 271 unit luxury 1 & 2 bedroom development situated in the heart of the Salford Quays area with many waterside bars and restaurants nearby. Chatsworth supplied XQ7 with over 400 Lynx towel rails and 1200 Brio Convector panel heaters.

Pitwines is an extremeley large and state of the art development situated in Poole, Dorset. Developed by Crest Nicholson it boasts a massive 512 number 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments.

Chatsworth supplied this development with their Straight White Electric Towel Rail, Brio Convector panel heater and MD2H Microdriver for 2 zoned programmable time control.

A luxury 1 & 2 bedroom development built by Crest Nicholson, located in a prime waterside location, some apartments feature views across Portsmouth harbour to Fareham and the city of Portsmouth.

Straight White Electric Towel rails , Brio Convector panel heaters and MD2H Microdrivers were supplied by Chatsworth to this project.

St Georges Island, Manchester. dandara

A very unique luxury 1 & 2 bedroom development, built by dandara. More than 1,600 Chatsworth Brio convector panel heaters in various sizes have been installed within the 434, studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The luxury development is located within nearly two acres of landscaped gardens on a private island surrounded by the banks of the historic Bridgewater Canal in Castlefield, Manchester.
